Feb 27, 2024My husband and I recently decided to sell our RV. After contacting the local big RV dealers and getting really low estimates of what our RV was worth we decided on a whim to stop by RV consignment. We are so glad we did. Beth gave us an honest opinion of what we could expect and she ended up selling our RV in a short period of time for almost our ask price. If you are looking for used go see Beth, she will be honest and fair. If we decide to get back into RVing we will definitely try to work with her rather than the big name national companies.Comments/Questions *

May 30, 2023Comments/Questions *What an amazing customer service experience. I cannot thank them enough. It is really hard to find places with truly good customer service. Ive had experiences where the customer service stops as soon as I singed the dotted line. But Beth, Dan, and Holly made everthing very easy and continued to be helpful and courteous after I made my purchase. They took a lot of extra time with me and made the whole thing very easy and enjoyable. It was a one of a kind experience!

Aug 03, 2021Comments/Questions * i worked through Beth when I bought our Tiffin motor home 3 years ago and found she was a true professional in the RV industry. All paper work was dialed in and she was most efficient. Well, three years later life changes caused the need to sell the coach. I contacted Beth. Beth had it listed on her web site and within 2 weeks the coach sold for a very fair price. If you want an honest, no-nonsense professionally operated dealer, I would buy or sale with Carolina RV Consignments anytime. Beth rocks!

Holly took care of all of the paperwork and even turned the tag in when it was sold. Very Very nice people. I contacted several on-line RV sales dealers and found that most of them would not respond to emails or phone calls. You were on the ball with pictures and information that helped me make a decision to buy. Sep 24, 2020Dan and his team were very patient and customer oriented. We traveled here and even on a very busy day, he made the time to answer our questions and help. We talked after we left and wanted the unit we drove from Va for. We called and back and he held the unit, being a man of word, until deposit was sent and paperwork complete!
Sep 24, 2020Keith and I cannot say enough about Dan and his daughter. They went above and beyond just sales. We bought a wonderful camper from Dan. We liked the camper so much that we switched our stuff out of the one we were pulling( we were headed to the beach) right then. It was so hot, but Dan kept bringing us cold waters while we worked at moving our stuff to the new camper. Just as we were ready to pull out our brake line ruptured on our truck. Dan got us assistance fast! He found all the right people to help us. Let me add this is right at Fourth of July weekend. Dan got us in the KOA campground next door so we could stay in our camper while our truck was being repaired. Our truck was ready the next afternoon!!!! Sep 24, 2020We just purchased a Winnebago and our experience could not have been more pleasant. Dan took his time with us, explaining every feature of the coach we were interested in. He is extremely knowledgeable and it never felt like we were being pressured. We made an offer on the spot and Dan called us within hours to tell us the seller accepted it. We closed on it a week later and Dan and Tina made that process easy, too. We are really happy with our new RV!

I really appreciate the follow up call asking if we had any problems with the trip home or the unit itself. Sep 24, 2020Thank you for all of your help and information on consigning our RV. I have a full-time job and a family. I have no experience and very little time to spend on something that I really do not know how to do. In a perfect world best case is to sell it ourselves but trying to sell the camper is A LOT more work than I thought it would be - I am learning I dont have the time, the know-how or the resources. I was glad to be bringing the travel trailer in to get this off my plate! You have answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the way you do things. That goes a long way as I have talked to several companies that offer the same service and with the rest of them, I felt like I was missing an important piece of information - a piece that is to their advantage; not ours. Whereas I feel you have been upfront. The biggest differences I saw immediately is the fact you let your number come out on caller ID -opposed to those with No Caller ID - that start out sketchy. You spent almost 2 hours on the phone with my husband and me answering our questions, not selling your service. I know the end goal is that we use Carolina RV Consignments but you made me feel like no matter who we used, you just wanted us to be informed so we could make the best decision for our situation. I look forward to meeting you tomorrow and to the future sale of our travel trailer! I have full confidence your team is going to get the camper sold in no time!! That makes me very excited.
