S’mores are delicious, but they are super messy and a little more time consuming then other desserts. S’more dip is all the tasty treat and less of the mess and time!

S’mores Dip

Yield: 2 cups of dip

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips

1 bag mini marshmallows

Graham crackers

Equipment:

Sauce pot

Spoon

9x9 glass pan

Start by heating the heavy cream on a medium heat. Once it starts steaming shut the heat off, add your chocolate chips and stir to melt. Pour into the glass pan and sprinkle marshmallows over the top.

Turn the broiler on your oven and place in the oven to toast the marshmallows. This should only take about 2 minutes. Keep an eye on this as it will burn quickly.

Break up graham crackers and use to scoop up the dip! Enjoy!
